From our familyto yours
From the sun-drenched groves of Kalamata to your kitchen. Each bottle of DIMOS carries a legacy of excellence that began over a century ago.
A story from Apostolos, my grandfather
Hear the story of our olive groves directly from my grandfather, Apostolos, who has dedicated his life to cultivating the finest Koroneiki olives in Kalamata.
A Century of Care

The Beginning
My great-grandmother planted the first trees in a field overlooking the Kalamata Bay. With 570 trees, our journey begins.

Each harvest, the people of Petalidi come together to pick, press and bottle this beautiful oil. It's a labour of love, from the grove to your plate.
Our Process
Hand Harvesting
Each olive is carefully hand-picked at the perfect moment of ripeness, ensuring only the finest fruit makes it to pressing.
Same-Day Pressing
Within hours of harvest, our olives are cold-pressed. This prevents oxidation and keeps all the wonderful flavours.
Careful Bottling
Protected from light and air in dark glass bottles and bottled by hand, every drop reaches you as fresh as the day it was pressed.
Brought to You
Once everything is ready, we ship the bottles to the UK, where they are stored ready to be sent to your kitchen.
Our Values
Sustainability
We use traditional farming methods that work with nature, not against it.
Authenticity
No blending, no shortcuts. DIMOS is 100% single-origin Koroneiki olives, pressed within hours of harvest to capture peak flavour and nutrition.
Terroir
The unique microclimate of Kalamata - Mediterranean sun, sea breezes, and mineral-rich soil - creates an olive oil with unmatched depth and character.
Community
Translating from the word 'Community' in Greek, DIMOS breathes new life into the olive oil category by taking our community on a journey from olive grove to plate, giving you access to all areas.
